By subscribing to or using the Posts From The Garden website and subscription service, you agree to the following terms.
Posts From The Garden is a monthly subscription service. For $11 per month, subscribers receive a physical letter packet mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout. Each packet includes a handwritten letter, a small watercolor print, surprise stickers, and a seasonal extra.
Packet contents may vary from month to month. We reserve the right to adjust what is included while maintaining the spirit and quality of the subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method you provide. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.
All prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Packets are mailed the first week of each month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 25th of the previous month. For example, the cutoff for April's mail is March 25th.
We currently ship within the United States only. Packets are mailed with regular postage and do not include tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive any packet for which you have already been billed. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
If your packet does not arrive, please contact us at [email protected]. We will either resend your packet or refund that month's charge at our discretion.
All content included in the letter packets — including letters, watercolor artwork, and designs — is the original work of Susan McMullen and is protected by copyright. Subscribers may enjoy these items for personal use but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them.
Posts From The Garden is provided "as is." We make every effort to deliver a beautiful, thoughtful packet each month, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent month's subscription.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
